This is our biggest release so far. You can now collect sign-ups and enquiries with forms, answer them from your own email address, and keep in touch with everyone who’s opted in through newsletters and sequences.
Build a form: sign-ups, enquiries, surveys, client onboarding & more, with questions over several steps if you need them.
Share it your way: send a link, embed it on your website, or post to it from a form you already have.
Inline forms: short forms like a newsletter sign-up can sit on one line, with the button beside them.
Automate what happens next: turn each response into a contact, company or deal, assign it, forward it, or add the person to a list.
Forms in projects: send a new client an onboarding form from the project, and their answers are filed straight to it.
Answers tab: see each question summed up, with charts, averages and the latest written answers.
Choose who sees each form: add people to a form’s access list. Guests can only fill in a project’s live forms.
Send from your own domain: set up addresses like [email protected] and send replies from them, perfect for your shared team inbox.
One inbox: form responses and email conversations sit together, ready to read, assign, reply to and file with a contact, deal or project.
Attachments: both ways.
Daily allowance: each member, guests aside, adds 150 emails a day to the organisation’s shared allowance. Owners get a heads-up before it runs out.
An editor you can see: headings, buttons, columns, sections, pictures, spacing and your links, all in your brand’s fonts and colours. Type / to add anything.
Merge tags: greet everyone by name, with a fallback for anyone you don’t have a name for.
Templates: save a layout and start your next newsletter from it.
Preview and test: check it on a desktop and a phone, in light and dark, and send yourself a test.
Send now or schedule it: up to 90 days ahead, as a designed email or as plain text.
Results: see who it reached, opened and clicked, and who unsubscribed.
Emails that send themselves: when someone joins a list, a run of emails goes out with waits between them.
If / else: send a different email depending on whether they opened or clicked the last one.
Stops when it should: the sequence ends straight away when someone unsubscribes or can no longer be emailed.
The General list: everyone who’s opted in, kept up to date for you.
Lists of your own: on Landing, add people by hand, from your contacts or from an import.
A newsletter sign-up form: comes ready to go, with each person’s agreement kept on record and an optional confirmation email.
Unsubscribing: one click, and it takes effect at once, for every record with that address.
Engagement rating: zero to five stars for how engaged each contact is with your emails.
Proposals: use merge tags in proposals and proposal templates. Each person sees their own name, company and deal details.
Your emails: use them in proposal emails and inbox replies too.
Signed proposals: they keep the exact wording that was signed.
Marketing report: email marketing at a glance, with tables for each newsletter and sequence.
Orbit: includes email newsletters, with 1,000 marketing contacts and 8000 emails per month.
Landing: includes newsletters, sequences and lists of your own, with 3,000 contacts and 30000 emails per month.
Going over: only pay for what you use, extra contacts and emails come in blocks of 1,000 contacts (with 8000 additional emails on Orbit, and 10,000 additional emails on Landing).
