Anyone in your organisation can share 53° with friends and colleagues. They get
a discount, and your organisation earns account credit when they start paying.
Share your link
- Open the organisation menu at the top of the sidebar.
- Choose Refer a friend.
- Copy your link, or share it by email.
There is one link for each organisation, so everyone shares the same one. What
it earns goes to the organisation, whoever shared it.
What your friend gets
10% off their plan fee for their first 3 paid months. Additional users, add-ons
and usage stay at full price.
A referral discount doesn't combine with any other discount. If they've used a
promotion code, or later get a discount from us, that one applies instead.
What your organisation earns
When someone you referred makes their first payment, your organisation earns a
one-off credit, worked out from the list price of their plan fee. The share
rises as you make more successful referrals:

Each referral earns the rate of its own place in the count, so earlier ones
don't change.
The credit is held for 30 days after their first payment. It's then taken off
your next invoice, as long as your organisation has a plan at that point. If it
doesn't, the credit is lost. If the payment is refunded or disputed in those 30
days, no credit is earned.
See your referrals
Owners and admins can see which organisations have been referred, both
successful and still pending, and what they've earned. Open Refer a friend
and choose the Referrals tab, or go to Organisation settings, then
Referrals.
Use a code you were given
Sign up through the link you were sent and the code is applied for you. If you
only have the code, type it in when you choose a plan, or in Organisation
settings, in Referrals, until your first payment.
