Organisation settings hold everything that applies to your whole team: your name and avatar, the currency and timezone 53 Degrees works in, your branding, and the pipelines, tags and automations each area runs on. Set them once and everyone works from the same defaults.
Only owners and admins can open organisation settings. If you don't see Manage organisation, ask an owner or admin to make the change. See Members and roles.
Select your organisation's name at the top of the sidebar.
Choose Manage organisation.
The settings open on General. Use the list on the left to move between sections. You can also open any section from the command palette: press ⌘K on Mac, or Ctrl+K on Windows, and type "Organisation:" followed by the section name, for example Organisation: Members.
In General:
To change the avatar, choose Upload avatar (or Change avatar) and pick a JPG or PNG up to 2MB. It saves as soon as it uploads.
Edit Name and Slug if you need to.
Choose your Industry. It's required.
Set Country, Timezone, Currency and First day of week.
Choose Save changes.
What the regional defaults do:
New organisations start with the United Kingdom, Europe/London, GBP and Monday.
Branding holds your organisation's look: colours, type and logos. It styles the proposals you send, so a contact sees your brand rather than ours. It doesn't change how 53 Degrees looks for your team.
Under Settings in the left-hand list, each area of 53 Degrees has its own section:
| Section | What you can set |
|---|---|
| Tasks | The task Pipeline and Tags |
| Projects | The project Pipeline and Tags |
| Docs | Doc Tags |
| Files | File Tags |
| Contacts | Contact Sources, Tags and Automations |
| Deals | The deal Pipeline, Tags, Lost reasons and Automations |
| Proposals | Proposal Automations, and Defaults such as the project on signing |
For more on each, see Pipelines and stages, Tags, Automations and Contacts overview.
