Bring your team into 53 Degrees and give each person the role that fits their work. A role decides what someone can see and change, so an outside collaborator can join the conversation without touching your sales pipeline.
Inviting people, changing roles and removing members happen in organisation settings, which only owners and admins can open.
Select your organisation's name at the top of the sidebar and choose Manage organisation.
Open Members.
Under Invite a teammate, enter their email address.
Pick a role: Admin, Manager, Member or Guest. It starts on Member.
Choose Invite.
They get an email with a link to join. The invitation shows under Pending invitations with the days it has left.
Open the link in the invitation email.
If you're not signed in, choose Sign in to continue, or Create an account if you're new to 53 Degrees. Use the email address the invitation was sent to.
Choose Accept invitation.
Already signed in to 53 Degrees? Your invitations also wait in the organisation menu: select your organisation's name at the top of the sidebar, open Invitations and choose the organisation to join.
When someone joins, owners and admins get a notification.
An invitation lasts 14 days. Under Pending invitations:
Once an invitation runs out, it drops off the list and can't be accepted. Invite them again to send a fresh one.
In Members, find the person.
Choose a new role from the picker on their row.
The change takes effect straight away. Owners and admins can change roles. You can't change your own role, or the owner's.
An organisation has one owner. Only the owner can hand it over.
In Members, choose Make owner on the person's row.
Choose Make owner to confirm.
They get full control, including deleting the organisation, and you become an admin.
In Members, choose the × on the person's row.
Choose Remove to confirm.
They lose access straight away. Any project they lead passes to an owner, their personal projects are deleted, and deals assigned to them become unassigned. You can invite them back, but that won't restore what was deleted. Only the owner can remove members.

If you belong to more than one organisation:
Select your organisation's name at the top of the sidebar.
Choose Switch organisation, then the organisation you want.
To start a new one, choose Create new organisation from the same menu.
