Connect the Google tools you already use, so your meetings sit beside your planned work, your Drive files attach anywhere, and the contacts you care about are in your phone. Each connection is yours alone: connecting doesn't give anyone else in your organisation access to your Google account.
Owners, admins, managers and members can connect integrations. Guests can't.
You connect integrations from your own account settings, not organisation settings.
Select your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
Choose Manage account.
Open Integrations.
Each integration shows here once it's available. Connecting takes you to Google to approve access, then back to this page.
See your meetings on the Planner beside your planned tasks, with a quick way to join them. You can also send your planned tasks to Google Calendar and keep them in step both ways.
Connect
On Google Calendar, choose Connect and approve access with Google.
Choose Show connected accounts to see your calendars, and use the switch beside each one to show or hide it on your Planner.
You can connect more than one Google account, for example work and personal. Choose Add account to connect another.
Sync your planned tasks
Under Planned tasks in Google Calendar, pick the Account to use.
Choose Turn on.
53 Degrees adds a calendar called "53 Degrees" to that Google account and puts your planned tasks in it. Move or rename a task there and it changes in 53 Degrees too. Delete the event and the task comes off your Planner. Dates from Mission Control cycles you can see also appear in this calendar. These only go one way: edits to them in Google are overwritten.
To stop, choose Turn off. The 53 Degrees calendar is removed from Google, and your tasks stay planned in 53 Degrees.
Disconnect
Choose Disconnect beside the account, then Disconnect to confirm. Its calendars leave your Planner. If it held your task sync, the 53 Degrees calendar is removed from Google too.
Add files from your Drive anywhere you attach files in 53 Degrees.
Connect: on Google Drive, choose Connect and approve access with Google. Then use Add from Google Drive wherever you upload files.
What syncs: nothing is copied. A Drive file you add is a link, and it opens in Google Drive. It doesn't count towards your organisation's file storage.
Disconnect: choose Disconnect, then Disconnect to confirm. You can't add new Drive files until you connect again. Files you've already added stay, and still open in Drive.
Keep the contacts you choose in your Google Contacts, so they're on your phone.
Connect
On Google Contacts, choose Connect and approve access with Google.
For each lifecycle (Lead, Prospect, Customer, Churned, VIP, Employee, Supplier), choose Don't sync, Assigned to me or All people.
Choose Save.
What syncs: it goes one way, from 53 Degrees to Google. Changes you make in 53 Degrees reach Google within a minute. Edits made in Google to a synced contact are overwritten. Choose Resync now to send everything again.
What you sync is set per organisation, so if you belong to 2 organisations you choose for each.
Disconnect: choose Disconnect, then Disconnect to confirm. Contacts synced from 53 Degrees are removed from your Google Contacts, with the labels the sync made, in every organisation you sync from. Contacts you added in Google yourself aren't touched.
All people is for owners, admins and managers. Members can sync the people assigned to them.
If Google stops accepting a connection, the integration shows Reconnect. Choose it and approve access again.
Connecting Google Drive, Calendar or Contacts is separate from signing in with Google. Disconnecting one never removes a way to sign in.
If your role changes to one that can't use integrations, your connections for that organisation stop. See Members and roles.
Integrations in organisation settings are coming soon. There are no organisation-wide integrations yet.
