Syncing puts the people you choose from 53 Degrees into your own Google Contacts, so their name, number and email are there when you call or write from your phone or Gmail. It's one way: 53 Degrees keeps Google up to date, not the other way round.
Open your account menu in the sidebar and choose Manage account.
Go to Integrations.
Next to Google Contacts, choose Connect, then sign in to Google and allow access.

Under Google Contacts, find the list of lifecycle stages: Lead, Prospect, Customer, Churned, VIP, Employee and Supplier.
For each one, choose Don't sync, Assigned to me or All people.
Choose Save.
Changes you make in 53 Degrees reach Google within a minute.
