Your organisation holds everything your team shares: contacts, deals, projects, tasks and your Moonshot. Setting it up takes a couple of minutes, and you can change the details later.
You'll need a verified 53 Degrees account. See Sign in and security.
If someone has already invited you to their organisation, you'll see You've been invited when you first sign in.
Select Accept next to the organisation you want to join. You'll go straight to its dashboard.
Or select Decline, or Create my own organisation instead to set up your own.
Once you've declined every invitation, you move on to creating your own organisation.
Enter your Organisation name.
Check the Slug. It's filled in from the name, and you can edit it. It's used in links and invitations, and can contain lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens.
Wait for the slug to show as available, then select Continue. If it's taken, try another.
These are your defaults for dates, times and money.
Choose your Industry.
Check your Country, Timezone and Currency. They start with UK defaults: London time and pounds sterling.
Select Continue.
Enter a teammate's email address and choose their role: Admin, Manager or Member.
Select Add another for each extra person.
Select Send invites. Or select Skip for now and invite people later.
Your organisation is created when you finish this step, and you'll land on your dashboard.
Select your organisation's name at the top of the sidebar.
Select Create new organisation and follow the same steps.
To move between them, use Switch organisation in the same menu.
