The command palette is the fastest way around 53°. From one search box you can find any contact, deal, project or task, jump to any page, create something new and act on what you find.
Press ⌘K on Mac, or Ctrl+K on Windows. It works from anywhere, even while you're typing. You can also select Search in the header.
Before you type, the palette shows your Pinned items, Recent items, and quick commands grouped under Create, Go to, Appearance, Organisation, Account and Workspace.
Start typing. Results appear grouped by area: contacts, projects, tasks, deals, docs, files, proposals, chat and your team.
Use ↑ and ↓ to move, then press ↵ to open a result.
Below the results, under Create, you can make a New task, New project, New contact or New deal named after what you typed. The form opens right there in the palette, so check the details before you save.
Start your search with a bang (!) to look in one area only and see more results:

Projects |

Tasks |

Deals |

Docs |

Proposals |

Type the bang and a space, or press Tab to accept the suggestion. The area shows as a label in the search box. Press ⌫ at the start of the box to remove it. You'll also find every area under Search in when the palette opens.
Type @ to search only commands, such as @notepad. Commands include:
New task, New project, New contact and New deal
Go to any area, plus Project templates, Proposal templates, Import contacts and Contact duplicates
Theme: light, Theme: dark and Theme: match system
Organisation: and Account: commands that open each settings page
Planner: today, Notepad, Toggle the actions sidebar, Keyboard shortcuts and Sign out
You only see the commands your role allows.
Highlight a result and press → to see what you can do with it, such as Open, Copy link, Change stage, Change status or Pin. Press ← to go back. Press ⌘↵ (Ctrl+↵ on Windows) to run a result's main action straight away. For a task, that's completing it.
Highlight a result or command, press →, then choose Pin. It appears under Pinned every time you open the palette. You can pin up to 5 items in each organisation. The Notepad is pinned for you to start with.
For the full list at any time, run the Keyboard shortcuts command in the palette.
