Your 53 Degrees account holds your organisation's contacts, deals and plans, so we keep it well protected. Every password sign-in asks for a second step, and you can add an authenticator app or a passkey to make signing in quicker.
On the sign-up page, enter your First name, Last name, Email and a Password, then confirm the password.
Tick the box to agree to the terms of service and privacy policy.
Select Create account.
We'll email you a verification link. Open it to verify your address.
Your password needs at least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a symbol. The form ticks each one off as you type.
You can also select Continue with Google or Continue with LinkedIn, if they're shown.
Enter your email and password, then select Sign in.
Enter the 6-digit code we email you, or the one from your authenticator app if you've set one up.
Tick Trust this device for 60 days if you don't want to enter a code on this device each time.
You can also select Sign in with a passkey, or Continue with Google or Continue with LinkedIn. These skip the code step, because they're already a second factor.
On the code screen you can switch method: Email me a code instead, Use your authenticator app instead, Use a backup code or Resend code.
On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?.
Enter your email and select Send reset link.
Open the link in the email, enter a new password twice and select Reset password.
If the link has expired, you'll see Invalid reset link. Select Request a new link to get another.
Select your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Manage account.
Go to Security, then the Password tab.
Enter your Current password and your new one twice, then select Update password.
If you signed up with Google or LinkedIn, you won't have a password yet. Use Set a password on the same tab to add one.
Two-factor authentication is always on. By default we email you a code, and an authenticator app lets you use a code from your phone instead.
In Manage account, go to Security, then Two-factor.
Next to Authenticator app, select Set up.
Confirm your password and select Continue.
Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
Save your Backup codes somewhere safe. Each one works once if you lose your phone.
Enter the 6-digit code from the app and select Confirm.
To stop using it, select Remove. You'll go back to emailed codes.
A passkey lets you sign in with your fingerprint, face or device PIN.
In Manage account, go to Security, then Passkeys.
Select Add passkey, give it a name you'll recognise, then follow your device's prompts.
You can have 1 passkey on your account. To replace it, select Remove passkey (the bin icon) and add a new one.
In Security, open Connected and select Connect next to a provider. Select Disconnect to remove it.
In Security, open Sessions to see every device you're signed in on. Select Revoke to sign one out, or Revoke all other sessions.
