Files keeps your organisation's documents and images in one place, next to the projects, tasks and docs they belong to. Everything you upload is private to your organisation. You can also link files from Google Drive without copying them.
In the actions sidebar on the right, choose Files. If the sidebar is closed, press ⌘J on Mac or Ctrl+J on Windows.
Choose + (Upload files). If you've connected Google Drive, choose Upload from computer.
Pick one or more files.
You can also drag files straight onto the panel. Each file shows its progress as it uploads. If one fails, choose the retry button beside it.
If you're on a project, contact or deal and its tab is showing, the file is attached to that record too.
Link a Drive file to keep working on it in Drive while your team can find it here.
In the Files panel, choose + (Upload files).
Choose Add from Google Drive.
Pick the files in the Google window that opens.
If you haven't connected Google Drive yet, you'll be asked to Connect it first. See Integrations.
Linked files show a Google Drive mark. Opening one takes you to Drive, so the latest version is always the one you see.
Deleting an uploaded file removes it from storage for good, and from any doc it was in. Removing a Drive link only removes it from 53 Degrees. The file stays in Google Drive.
Tick the files you want.
Choose List options, then Actions.
Choose Add tag, Remove tag or Delete.
Owners and admins can manage the tags available on files.
Open the organisation menu at the top of the sidebar and choose Manage organisation.
Under Settings, choose Files.
On the Tags tab, add, rename or remove tags.
